REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED FOR THIS READING PROGRAMME.
The next one will begin in June 2022, and I will open for registrations in the first week of May.

This time, we will be reading Malhar in the MiddleKoobandheeThe Reading Race and Ghosts Don’t Eat. Click on the titles to read outlines of what we will do as we read each one. At previous editions of my reading programme, we read Bookasura (book one about the Book-asuras; Koobandhee is the second) and At Least a Fish (book one about Zain & Ana; Ghosts Don’t Eat is the second).

What is a reading programme, exactly?

Simply put, a book club for children. Why, then, do I call it a reading programme? Essentially because I curate the books, paying attention not just to content but also to what we can do with each book. Children can read on their own and with their families. The idea of reading together is to enjoy the process of reading and to build links with other activities, including listening, performing, writing and critical thinking.

Dates: 1st April to 10th May 2022
